This Intellectual Property Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between Truejobber (hereinafter referred to as "the Website" or "we") and [User/Content Creator] (hereinafter referred to as "the User" or "you").

Purpose:

The purpose of this Agreement is to establish the terms and conditions governing the use and ownership of intellectual property on Truejobber.

Definitions:

  1. Intellectual Property: Intellectual Property shall refer to all forms of creative and intellectual works, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, videos, audio, software, code, designs, trademarks, logos, and any other proprietary information.
  2. User Content: User Content refers to any intellectual property submitted, uploaded, or posted by the User on Truejobber.

User Content Ownership:

  • By submitting, uploading, or posting User Content on Truejobber, the User retains all ownership rights to their respective intellectual property.
  • The User hereby grants Truejobber a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, and display the User Content solely for the purposes of operating and promoting the Website.

Copyright and DMCA Compliance:

  • Truejobber respects the intellectual property rights of others and requires its Users to do the same. If you believe that any content on the Website infringes on your copyright, please submit a DMCA Notice to [email protected].
  • Upon receipt of a valid DMCA Notice, Truejobber will promptly remove the infringing content and, if necessary, terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

Prohibited Use:

  • The User agrees not to use Truejobber to upload, post, or distribute any content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
  • The User further agrees not to use the Website to engage in any unlawful, defamatory, offensive, or harmful activities that may violate applicable laws or regulations.

Non-Disclosure and Confidentiality:

  • If the User accesses or is exposed to any confidential information during their use of Truejobber, they shall treat such information as confidential and not disclose it to any third party without the Website's prior written consent.

Indemnification:

  • The User agrees to indemnify and hold Truejobber harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of their use of the Website or the violation of any terms of this Agreement.
